Main Responsibilities:

  • Audit and monitor work process mainly in logistics and finance
  • Serve as the liaison person between finance and logistics from a management point of view
  • Service as the front person with the clients, getting their requests, writing offers, contracts and dealing with problem solving
  • Oversee the ERP work and analyze it
  • Manage and improve all logistics and operations work process


  • Strong logistics and operations background: supply chain, importation processes warehouse and stock management , export, freight forwarding 
  • Knowledge of financial issues related to logistics. Financial background is an advantage
  • Strong management skills: assertive but kind, knowledge of managing finance and logistics teams. Firm, has wide knowledge and great IT skills
  • Experience on ERP implementation and operation
  • Chinese national with overseas education. Excellent English , spoken and written or Foreigner with rich and relevant working experience in the above topics and several years in China
  • Legal background is nice to have or at least dealt with reviewing contracts in the past
  • Good presentation skills, experience with presenting to clients or in seminar
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Experience with project management, auditing, and drafting audit reports
  • Sensitive, friendly and kind personality with firm leadership characteristic and good managerial skills
