Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales efforts to promote and obtain new clients for PTL Group and its affiliates in Shanghai
  • Attend events where new clients can be founds such as: networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, delegations and present PTL services to potential clients
  • Record all leads on PTL CRM and follow up periodically.
  • Report to GM regarding the status of each lead
  • Create a network of partners to obtain referrals from other service providers
  • Attract potential clients to seminars held by PTL and follow up with participants
  • Follow up the inquiries generated by online marketing.
  • Search and create English contents to be used in PTL newsletter, Blog and online campaign and introduction kits, etc.
  • Get involved and active on social media platforms, such as Wechat, Linkedin and Facebook
  • Prepare offer letters to potential clients, prepare and review sales agreements and presentations
  • To be able to close sales deals and generate revenues


  • At least 2 years’ experience of living and working in China
  • Work experience with good track record  in sales and business development of services companies that sell to foreign companies in China or overseas
  • Some experience and understanding in marketing -  an advantage
  • Good command of English, advantage for native English speakers or ABC ( Australian or American would be a plus)
  • Business degree nice to have (Bachelor or more)
  • Basic Chinese nice to have
  • Very outgoing personality, friendly, highly developed social skills
  • Good network in the expat community
  • High level of social media communication skills
  • Ability to research and write content/articles/ presentations
  • Highly motivated , sales driven, able negotiate and close deals
  • Good presentation skills
